Not having to rely on an outside permitting agency that deals with numerous projects and not strictly with marine construction, getting a permit is done in a much more time friendly manner here at B.K. Our permit department has built such a distinct working relationship with all the environmental agencies, it has made our process that much smoother and efficient for the home owner.
